Q. Where does Hundred Gift ship from?
A. We have various fulfillment centers & factories located in US, UK, Australia, Canada & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (in case, you order more than one item) as all the products that you select may not be available in one single warehouse.
Q. Are you still shipping during the COVID-19?
A. Yes, we are. We are fortunate to share that Hundred Gift is up and running. We are continuing to help people by shipping our products around the world. Please note, shipping and delivery times will take longer on most orders due to the increase in demand of the carriers.
Q. What is your shipping time?
A. Due to COVID-19, orders are still being processed however may take slightly longer than usual. With free shipping, it will take 12–20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 15-30 business days for international orders (depending on location). Max delivery time is 30 business days. This doesn’t include our 3-5 business days to process your orders.
Q. How long will it take to receive my tracking number?
A. You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package as soon as it is shipped. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. We processes all orders in USD. When you visit our website, you’ll see the pricing in your country’s currency. Later on, the order is processed in USD, at the most recent exchange rate.
Q. Will I receive confirmation when I place order?
A. Yes, we will send you a conformation email in 24 hours. If you don’t receive an email feel free to contact us.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 12 hours or before it is processed.
Q. I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
A. If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at [email protected]. If the given address is wrong we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours.
Q. I am not happy with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
A. We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive before receiving a refund.
Q. What are the payment methods you accept?
A. We accept majority of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and more. You can also pay through debit cards. We do have an option to pay through PayPal as well.
Q. If I enter my email address, would you sell my information?
A . No, we don’t sell any information that you provide us. Email address are strictly used to send you information, newsletters and discount. You can read more about it in our Privacy Policy.
Q. Will customers have to pay for custom charges?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
